This equipment recycles thinwalled thermoplastic film waste into a freeflowing agglomerate, which can be re-used on the extruder without further granulating.

Feeding of the Foliolux is made manual or by transport belt. The film gets cut between the rotating blades. With the friction of the cutting process and an external heating, the material will be heated up, until it has reached a certain state of plastification. Now the surface of the material has to be cooled down f.e. by adding of water.

Finally you will obtain a granulate with an average density of 360 to 450 g/l and a size of 2-8 mm. The added water has to be vaporized completely by a ventilator exhaust.

For the recycling of PP and PE tapes we recommend the special version of the standard machines. The higher motorpower and the stronger execution of the machine will bring you a maximum output and a longer durability of the bearings.
