Version and Functioning
 

The whole die-face cutter is mobile installed on a driveable desk. Due to this reason it  is easy to clean. 
The cutting elements can be adjusted in a time-saving way through quick fasteners.

The entire die-face cutting set-up is mounted onto a movable table. Therefore cleaning is no problem.

Inside the cutting chamber two spray nozzles are installed to cool and transport the cut pellets onto the vibration table for further cooling and separation of the water.
 

At the end of the vibration table the oversized pellets are separated  and the correct sized pellets are transported through a ventilator which assures that the granules can be ensiled or packaged in an absolutely dry state.
