The assembly area occupies around 1500 square meters in total, it includes the area for dehumidifying dryers, vacuum auto loaders, mold temperatures, granulators, plastic mixers, and etc.
Our production capacity is around 800 sets of dehumidifying dryers, 2000 pcs of auto loaders, 3000 pcs of mold temperature controllers, 600 sets of granulators, 1000 pcs of mixers (all machines have several models) per year.
Most parts of our machines are designed by our company and made by our suppliers, our main work is to assemble up to more than 1000 different parts into 1 unit machine or a system carefully and make the machine or the system runs smoothly and stably. So that it can create more economic benefits for the end customers.
We provide customized service, OEM / ODM services to meets various requirements of different customers.
We have water cooling tower (located at the outside wall of the factory) with complete water piping system to provide cooling circulating water for testing of dehumidifying dryers, mold temperature controllers, industrial chillers.
Also A transformer which can change the standard industrial voltage of 3 phase / 380 V / 50 Hz in China to different voltage in other countries, like 3 Phase / 220 V / 50 Hz. We test our machines in the actual voltage of the customers' site for at least 12 hours continuously running before packing and delivery. In this way, every machine is in good condition and ready for use after unloading in the customers' plant.
We provide 1 year waranty for every machine we manufactured and sold all over the world. We have more than 20 sales agents in many counties, they can provide local installation and maintenance service. There is a yard around 200 square meters which is for packing machines. And it is big enough for arrange 2 containers (40 GP) of machines.
The yard is next to the front door of our company, it is very convenient and flexible for loading machines in containers for bulk machines export, or trucks for LCL cargos loading.
The containers or trucks are always parked next to the front door of our company while loading machines.
The loading area is a wide road which is around 15 meters wide, 2 containers can be parked there in parallel there.
There is no need to worry about delivery time and place. We have loaded 6 containers (40GP) in a single day.
