FEATURES

• Evenly mix different materials and effectively avoid material stratification during conveying process

FUNCTIONAL SCHEME

The screw feeder is mainly used with extruders of various specifications to automatically convey plastic materials from storage tank to the hopper. It achieves the automatic feeding through the circulation controlled by material level sensor. It features stable function, labor saving, safe and reliable.

Notes:

(1) Conveying capacity is based on pellet material of 0.65kg/L in bulk density and 3-5mm in diameter.

(2) Special requirements for “OSF” can be customized.
